Getting support

If something isn't working or you're not sure how a feature is meant to behave, we're happy to help. Here's the fastest way to reach us and get a useful answer.

Where to write

Open the support desk from the link in the footer, on any of the seven services. That opens a ticket that a person reads and replies to. It's the right channel for account issues, payments, payouts, moderation questions and anything you can't solve from your own account pages.

Before you open a ticket

  • Check the FAQ first — top-ups, fees, payouts and reporting are all covered there.
  • Make sure you're signed in to the account the issue is about, so we can see the same thing you do.
  • If it's about a specific listing, order or payout, have its link or number ready.

What to include

The more concrete you are, the quicker we close it. Tell us:

  • what you were trying to do,
  • what actually happened (the exact message helps),
  • which service it was on — board, auto, realty, market, digital, deals or price.

Common things we can help with

  • Sign-in — trouble with email/password or with Sign in with Astrina.
  • Top-ups — a crypto payment that hasn't shown up on your balance yet.
  • Payouts — the status of a withdrawal, or one that was declined and returned.
  • Moderation — why a listing is still pending, or a report you filed.
  • Orders — a digital key that didn't arrive, or a problem with a market order.

You'll get replies in the same ticket, so keep the conversation there rather than opening a new one for the same issue.
